Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Pink Lemonade Boutique. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Have all tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings or personal items (for hygiene reasons)

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an exchange depending on stock availability.
